Volunteering for KGA

Kent Gymnastics Association needs volunteers to join its General Gymnastics Technical Committee (GGTC) to help organise county Floor & Vault competitions. Don’t be put off by the term ‘technical’ – you don’t need to have a gymnastics background or be a coach, you just need to have a little bit of time and be good at helping and organising. Coaches are very busy people, so you could be a parent or carer, or club committee member, or an older gymnast who wants to gain some useful skills. Whatever your background, we need you!

What is needed?

Ideally there needs to be a core team of volunteers from different clubs and disciplines across Kent, with specific tasks, who would meet approximately three to four times a year. The typical roles are below and there is something to suit people’s different time commitments.

You will be working alongside a friendly team of volunteers and full training and guidance will be given.
